CPE is the manufacturer of the ROTOLIN and SPIRO range of Rotary Linear Bearings, Self Aligning Bearings, Ball Bushings and Ball Units in standard and special configurations. CPE have many years of experience in the manufacture of bearings with customers all over the UK, Europe and the American continent. We have recently added the EXACTA range of precision die set components to our product portfolio. Our products are widely used in the paper processing industry (Doctor Back Bearings) and in many special-purpose machine applications.
Our Technical Department is available for the design of special bearings to suit a very wide range of applications. These are manufactured in sizes up to 12 inches (300mm) outside diameter in single units, matched sets or large quantities. The CPE designed BEARUSE software system is used to calculate design parameters for special bearings required to perform in specific load/speed combinations.

Subcontract Machining
CPE have a well equipped machine shop with a range of CNC and conventional machine tools. An inspection clean area and assembly facilities are available. We are happy to discuss “one-offs” or larger batches of precision components and assemblies.
